z789 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use z789, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had a z789 account closed or suspended for violations of these terms.
• You understand that gaming involves financial risk, and you are participating voluntarily.

When you register, you must provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, and contact details. z789 may request identity verification documents at any stage — particularly before processing larger withdrawals or if there is any reason to verify the details provided during sign-up. Common documents requested include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other valid government-issued identification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. If multiple accounts are discovered linked to the same person — whether by device, IP address, payment method, or personal information — z789 reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and, in cases where bonus exploitation is involved, forfeit any associated balances. This policy exists to maintain fairness for all players on the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Never share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact z789 support immediately. z789 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

z789 processes all financial transactions in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Other mobile wallet options may be available and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits:

• There is a minimum deposit amount displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your z789 balance within seconds.
• Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• Deposits are for your personal use only and must come from a payment account held in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
• VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing, with Platinum and Diamond members receiving same-day or near-instant withdrawals.
• z789 may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. This is a standard security measure to protect players and the platform.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 3 for details.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

z789 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL and T20 international fixtures. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and live casino tables may contribute at a different rate than slots. The contribution rates are specified on each promotion page.
• z789 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Players who are mid-way through meeting wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Where a player attempts to abuse a bonus — for example, by placing low-risk bets specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — z789 may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

VIP cashback rewards are credited in PKR and are generally available for withdrawal without additional wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise in the VIP programme terms available on the VIP page.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

z789 offers sports betting including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series), football, esports, and other events. The platform also offers casino games, live casino tables, slots, and bingo. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. z789 does not accept cancellations after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds update in real time and may change between the moment you initiate a bet and when it is confirmed.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport or event type, as detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• For live casino games, the ruling of the live dealer and the game result recorded by the game provider are final. z789 does not override game provider outcomes.
• Slot game results are determined by certified random number generators. z789 does not alter or adjust slot outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products. These are displayed within each game or betting market.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or clearly incorrect odds being published (for example, odds that are obviously erroneous due to a data feed error), z789 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the original account balance. This applies regardless of whether the bet would have been a winner or a loser. We will always communicate clearly when this occurs and why.

5. Responsible Gaming

z789 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable, safe, and sustainable. Gaming and sports betting are leisure activities — they should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover money that has already been lost.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all z789 account holders from within the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it applies immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure reminders that alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period — from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the z789 platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period ends.

6. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activity

z789 expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to launder funds through the z789 platform.
• Creating accounts on behalf of other people or allowing others to use your account.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at z789 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or the z789 system without authorisation.

Where any of the above is suspected or confirmed, z789 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, investigate the activity, void relevant bets and transactions, and permanently close the account. Depending on the nature of the activity, z789 may also report the matter to relevant authorities.

7. Privacy & Data

z789 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. Key points:

• Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and communicate with you about your account and available promotions.
• z789 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Payment information is processed securely and is not stored on z789 servers beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.
• You have the right to request access to the data z789 holds about you, and to request its correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations (such as our requirement to retain certain transaction records).

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by you: You may close your z789 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or closure by z789: z789 may suspend or close an account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to meet age verification requirements.
• At the player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, z789 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, any legitimate balance will be returned. If violations are confirmed, z789 may forfeit the balance. We will communicate the reason for account action where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

z789 operates the platform on a reasonable-efforts basis and works to maintain continuous availability. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may occasionally affect access.

• z789 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
• z789 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to read and understand these terms before using the platform.
• Betting and gaming involves financial risk. z789 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of normal gameplay — winning and losing are inherent parts of any betting or gaming activity.
• z789 does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or any form of guaranteed return on any activity conducted on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted, z789's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

z789 may update these terms and conditions from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify players via email or an in-platform message to give you the opportunity to review the changes before they take effect.

Continued use of the z789 platform after an update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.
